What is included
The complete ISO 9001:2026 toolkit.
Both licences include the same toolkit: 42 controlled, editable Word and Excel documents plus 6 supporting files (48 files in total). Only the way you may use it is different.
Use the same 42 editable templates as the starting point for every client project, customise each client’s set with its name, logo and document identity, and give the client the documents its own system needs.
11 procedures and 2 work instructions
From document control and risk and opportunity management to internal audit, corrective action and management review.

What the licence allows

- Clients keep and continue using their implemented documents, including after the engagement ends
- Use by the consultancy’s owners, employees and other authorised personnel, for the consultancy’s work
Not covered by this licence
- The reusable toolkit itself may not be given to clients or anyone else, sold, sublicensed or supplied as a standalone product.
- It may not be rebranded as your own product, template library or toolkit, or passed to another consultant for their own clients.

Is this a subscription?
No. Each licence is a one-time payment. Your licence to the version you buy does not expire, provided you follow the licence terms.
Are updates included?
Yes. Your licence includes updates QMSG releases within the same version generation (Version 2.x), where available. A future major version, such as Version 3.0, is not automatically included. QMSG does not promise a particular update schedule.
What support is available?
Support covers questions about accessing and opening your files. Implementation consulting is not included unless it is purchased separately.
Does the toolkit guarantee a client’s certification?
No. The toolkit supports implementation, but certification decisions are made by the independent certification body the client chooses. QMSG is independent of ISO, is not a certification body and does not supply the ISO 9001:2026 standard.
