QMSG ISO 9001:2026 SME Implementation Toolkit · Version 2.1 · Release date 12 October 2026

QMSG-DOC-05 · Version 2.1

Important Notice

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the commercial supply of the QMSG ISO 9001:2026 SME Implementation Toolkit (the “Toolkit”) by Natasha Duvenage trading as QMSG (“QMSG”) to you, the Customer. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

How these Terms relate to the Licence Agreement

These Terms cover the commercial transaction — how you buy, pay for and receive the Toolkit. How you may use the Toolkit once you have it is governed separately by the Licence Agreement (QMSG-DOC-04). These Terms are not legal advice and do not replace professional legal advice.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the purchase, download and commercial supply of the Toolkit. They apply to every order you place for the Toolkit. Your use of the Toolkit after purchase is governed separately by the Licence Agreement, which is supplied with the Toolkit. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Product Description

The Toolkit is a professionally developed digital documentation package designed to assist organisations with implementing an ISO 9001:2026 Quality Management System. It is supplied as a set of editable documents that you customise and apply to your own organisation. The Toolkit supports your implementation but does not itself establish conformity with, or provide, guarantee or result in certification to, any standard; certification is decided independently by a certification body. QMSG is independent of ISO, and the Toolkit is not issued, approved or endorsed by ISO. The Toolkit is offered under two licence types, a Business Licence and a Consultant Licence. The documents supplied are the same for both; what you may do with them depends on the licence type you purchase, as set out in the Licence Agreement (QMSG-DOC-04).

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the Toolkit under these Terms. An order is accepted once your payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation. QMSG may decline an order where it is unable to process payment or complete the sale.

4. Pricing

Prices for the Toolkit are shown in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. QMSG reserves the right to change its pricing at any time and without notice. Any change in price does not affect purchases that have already been completed — the price you paid at the time of your order stands.

5. Payment

Payment must be completed in full before access to the Toolkit is provided. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction, using the payment methods available at checkout. Access to the Toolkit is released once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

6. Digital Delivery

The Toolkit is a digital product and is supplied electronically. On successful payment, you will be given access to download your purchased files. You are responsible for downloading your files promptly and for storing them securely. QMSG recommends that you keep a safe backup copy of the files you purchase.

7. Refund Policy

Because the Toolkit is a digital product that is made available for immediate download, refunds are generally not available once access or download has been provided. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where such laws require a refund or other remedy, QMSG will honour those requirements.

8. Updates

Your Licence includes updates released by QMSG within the same product generation as the version you purchased (for example, Version 2.x), subject to availability, as set out in the Licence Agreement (QMSG-DOC-04). A new product generation, such as Version 3.0, is not automatically included and may require a separate purchase or upgrade. QMSG does not commit to any particular update frequency or release schedule.

9. Technical Support

Where technical support is offered, it is limited to product-related questions — for example, questions about accessing or opening your files. Support does not include implementation consulting, quality management advice or help with running your Quality Management System. Implementation consulting is not included unless it is purchased separately.

10. Customer Responsibilities

The Toolkit provides a comprehensive set of QMS documentation, but the results depend on how you apply it. You are responsible for:

  • Customising the documentation to suit your organisation.
  • Training your employees.
  • Implementing your Quality Management System.
  • Maintaining the system over time.
  • Preparing for certification, where you choose to pursue it.

11. Intellectual Property

Ownership of the Toolkit and all intellectual property in it remains with QMSG at all times. Your right to use the Toolkit is set out in full in the Licence Agreement (QMSG-DOC-04), which should be read together with these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of QMSG to you arising out of or in connection with the commercial supply of the Toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QMSG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Privacy

QMSG will only use the customer information it collects for legitimate business purposes, such as processing your order, providing access to the Toolkit and contacting you about your purchase. QMSG will handle your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, where QMSG is based, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of South Africa. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the law of the country in which you live, including any right to bring proceedings there, where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to These Terms

QMSG may update these Terms from time to time for future purchases. Any change applies to orders placed after the change takes effect. Existing purchases remain subject to the version of these Terms supplied at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Licence Agreement (QMSG-DOC-04) together form the entire agreement between you and QMSG relating to the Toolkit, and replace any earlier agreements, statements or understandings relating to it. On any question about licence rights or use of the Toolkit, the Licence Agreement applies. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply.
