This Privacy Policy explains how QMSG ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information in connection with the website https://qmsgsystems.com (the "Website") and the sale of the QMSG ISO 9001:2026 SME Implementation Toolkit (the "Toolkit").
1. Who we are

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers information we handle when you visit the Website, contact us or buy the Toolkit. It does not cover other websites or services we link to, which have their own privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
3.1 When you visit the Website. Our hosting provider, Replit, automatically processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time of your visit. This is needed to deliver the Website securely and reliably.
3.2 Website analytics. We use Replit's built-in website analytics, which Replit adds to the published Website. It records visit statistics such as the pages viewed, the referring website, browser and device type, and approximate location (for example, country). We use these statistics only to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. We do not use any other analytics or tracking tools.
3.3 Fonts. The Website uses Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers to download the fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
3.4 When you contact us. The Website's contact form does not send your details to us. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. If you choose to send it, or if you email us directly, we receive the information you include, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message.
3.5 When you buy the Toolkit. Purchases are made through the online checkout of Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. This means Lemon Squeezy processes the purchase and payment transaction, including payment collection and any applicable sales taxes. You provide your purchase details, such as your name, email address, billing address and payment information, directly to Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy.
QMSG does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy shares order information with us, such as your name, email address, country, the licence purchased and the order details. We use this to supply the Toolkit, apply the correct licence, provide support and keep business records. QMSG remains the supplier and licensor of the Toolkit.
We do not run advertising on the Website, do not use social-media tracking and do not operate a newsletter or marketing list.
4. Cookies
QMSG does not set any cookies on the Website. Our hosting provider sets one small technical cookie that helps route your requests to the Website. Lemon Squeezy's checkout may use its own cookies when you make a purchase, as described in Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. How we use your information
We use personal information only to:
- operate, secure and improve the Website;
- reply to your enquiries;
- supply the Toolkit, apply the correct licence and provide product support;
- keep business, accounting and tax records; and
- meet our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

- Replit, for website hosting and analytics, running on Google Cloud infrastructure;
- Google, for website fonts and for email through Google Workspace;
- Lemon Squeezy, as merchant of record for checkout, payment and digital delivery.
We may also share information with professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights. We do not share personal information for advertising or marketing by others.
8. International transfers
QMSG is based in South Africa and sells internationally. Our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where we use such providers, we rely on them to protect personal information in line with applicable data protection law.
9. How long we keep information
- We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.
- We keep order and business records for as long as needed to supply the Toolkit and support your licence, and for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
- Technical logs and website statistics are kept by our hosting provider in line with its own retention practices.
- Lemon Squeezy keeps purchase records in line with its own policies.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you rights to ask for access to your personal information, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain uses, or to receive a copy of it.

You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country. In South Africa, this is the Information Regulator.
11. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, and we use established service providers for hosting, email and payments. No website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Children
The Website and Toolkit are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
