Not covered by this licence
- Not for implementing a quality management system for any other organisation, including clients or related companies. Each separate legal entity needs its own licence.
- The toolkit may not be sold, sublicensed or passed on to anyone else.

Is this a subscription?
No. Each licence is a one-time payment. Your licence to the version you buy does not expire, provided you follow the licence terms.
Are updates included?
Yes. Your licence includes updates QMSG releases within the same version generation (Version 2.x), where available. A future major version, such as Version 3.0, is not automatically included. QMSG does not promise a particular update schedule.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. A Business Licence holder can later upgrade to a Consultant Licence on QMSG’s upgrade terms at the time. Email admin@qmsgsystems.com.
Does buying the toolkit guarantee certification?
No. The toolkit supports implementation, but certification decisions are made by the independent certification body you choose. QMSG is independent of ISO, is not a certification body and does not supply the ISO 9001:2026 standard.
